Leodora

Sales management for small businesses and dealers: quick sales, quotes, stock, customer accounts, cheque tracking and QR warranty certificates in one app, on desktop and phone.

The Leodora marketing site and the Leodora dashboard on a phone

Problem

Dealers and small businesses keep sales in a notebook, cheques in a diary and quotes in Word. Once the information is scattered, it becomes easy to lose track of who bought what, which cheque is due and whose warranty is about to expire. Accounting software issues the invoice, but it does not cover the day-to-day work of selling.

Solution

Leodora sits next to the accounting software and brings the sales side together in one place:

  • Quick sales and stock: A basket is built on the phone; when the sale is completed the stock goes down automatically, and the app warns when stock is short.
  • Quotes: Products are picked from a price list, and discount, VAT and totals are calculated automatically. A quote is printed with the company logo or shared as a PDF over WhatsApp.
  • Customer accounts and cheques: Partial payments are recorded, and cheques, collections and payments that are due or overdue show up on the dashboard and in notifications.
  • QR warranty certificates: The customer scans the QR code on the certificate and sees the warranty status without signing in.
  • Maintenance tracking: Customers due for maintenance get a reminder over WhatsApp with a ready-made message in one tap.
  • Branches and roles: Each business and branch lives in its own project, and roles decide who sees which screen. Lists can be exported to Excel.

How we built it

  • Frontend: Next.js, React and TypeScript. The web app, the admin panel and the marketing site share components; the interface uses a side menu on desktop and a bottom tab bar on phones.
  • Backend: An API on NestJS, Prisma and PostgreSQL, with JWT authentication and per-project permissions.
  • Documents: Quotes, warranty certificates and QR codes are generated in the browser, so WhatsApp sharing needs no extra service.
  • New foundation: The first version ran on Firebase. We rewrote the product on a new architecture, shrank the codebase, covered it with tests and moved the live data to PostgreSQL.
  • Demo: A public demo business full of sample data that resets itself every night.

Result

Leodora is live on its new foundation. The demo can be tried at leodora.com.tr with nothing to install.
