Honey Hive Terms of Use

These terms apply to Honey Hive: Sweet Puzzle (the “Game”), a mobile game developed by YegCode. By downloading or playing the Game you accept them. If you obtained the Game from the App Store, Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies; where the two conflict, Apple’s minimum terms take precedence.

Licence

We grant you a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to use the Game on your own devices for personal, non-commercial purposes. The Game is licensed, not sold.

Account and progress

The Game does not require an account. Your Game Center account or an anonymous player ID is used to save your progress to the cloud. You can delete your cloud save and your data from inside the Game with Settings › Delete my data. Details are in the Honey Hive Privacy Policy.

Virtual items

Coins, hints, lives, stars and similar in-game items have no real-world value and cannot be exchanged for money or transferred. This version has no in-app purchases. If purchases are added later, payments and refunds are handled by Apple under the App Store rules.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• copy, modify or reverse engineer the Game or try to obtain its source code, except where the law expressly allows it;
• use cheats, bots, automation or tools that interfere with the Game or its online services;
• redistribute, rent or commercially exploit the Game or its content.

Intellectual property

The Game, including its artwork, sounds, texts, levels and code, is owned by or licensed to YegCode. Unity and other third-party components are subject to their own licences. These terms give you no rights other than those expressly granted.

Updates and continuity of service

We may update the Game, add or remove features, and change or discontinue online services such as cloud save and analytics with reasonable notice. The Game is designed to be playable offline.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The Game is provided “as is”. We do not guarantee that it will run without interruption or errors. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages arising from your use of the Game. Rights granted to consumers by law are not affected.

How your data is processed is explained in the Honey Hive Privacy Policy.

Changes

We may update these terms. The new version is published on this page and the date at the top changes. Continuing to use the Game after a change means you accept the new terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. The courts and enforcement offices of the Republic of Türkiye have jurisdiction, without prejudice to consumers’ right to apply to the consumer arbitration committees and courts of their own place of residence.
