Tarifçe Terms of Use

These terms apply to Tarifçe: Yemek Tarifleri (the “App”; formerly ChefMasterAI), a mobile app developed by YegCode. By downloading or using the App, you accept these terms. If you got the App from the App Store, Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies; if the two conflict, Apple’s minimum terms take precedence.

Licence

We grant you a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to use the App on your own devices for personal, non-commercial purposes. The App is licensed, not sold.

Recipes and nutrition information

Recipes, times, serving calculations and nutrition values are for general information. Nutrition values are approximate and are not medical or dietary advice. If you have an allergy, intolerance or special dietary need, check the ingredients yourself and consult a health professional if needed. You are responsible for taking due care when using hobs, ovens, knives and hot surfaces.

Ad-free purchase

The App is free and shows ads. The one-time Ad-free purchase is made through the App Store and permanently removes the ads in the App. Payments and refunds are handled by Apple under the App Store’s rules; for refund requests use reportaproblem.apple.com. You can bring your purchase back on a new device or after reinstalling with Ayarlar › Satın alımı geri yükle (Settings › Restore purchase).

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Copy, modify or reverse-engineer the App or try to access its source code (except where the law expressly allows it).
• Extract the App’s recipe content in bulk, republish it, rent it out or use it commercially.
• Interfere with the ads or generate artificial interactions with them.

Intellectual property

The App, including its recipe texts, design and code, belongs to or is licensed to YegCode. The icons in the App come from Microsoft Fluent Emoji (MIT licence). Other third-party components are subject to their own licences. These terms grant you no rights beyond those expressly given.

Updates and continuity

We may update the App and add or remove recipes and features. The App is designed to work without an internet connection.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The App is provided “as is”. We don’t guarantee that it will run uninterrupted or error-free, or that recipes will turn out the same in every kitchen. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages arising from the use of the App. Your statutory consumer rights are not affected.

Privacy

How your data is processed is explained in the Tarifçe Privacy Policy.

Changes

We may update these terms. The new version is published on this page and the date at the top changes. Continuing to use the App after a change means you accept the new terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. The courts and enforcement offices of the Republic of Türkiye have jurisdiction over disputes; consumers’ right to apply to the consumer arbitration committees and courts where they live is reserved.
